At Doctors Organic Farm we would like to Contribute towards the conservation of the Western Ghats by the adopting a Tree campaign.
It is estimated that the Western Ghats has lost over 20,000 hectares of its area over the past 17years because of Deforestation. Such massive deforestation has a long lasting mpact on the environment and the flora and fauna
Trees are one of the longest living organisms on our planet. Living through centuries,trees are the root of life on our planet. Trees provide medicines, help hold water and soil, sequester carbon, fight pollution, and are home to a variety of Birds and organisms.
Climate change has made it amply clear that we need to protect & conserve nature to prevent Natural disasters.
Conservation of natural habitat, wildlife and biodiversity.
Reduced Carbon, Noise Pollution & Better air quality.
Trees support a healthy population of pollinators like bees, birds, butterflies & moths.
Planting a tree is one of the things that everyone can do as a contribution for a better future. A simple solution, a small action with many benefits- planting a tree!
Options available Malabar Neem, Mango, Guava, Chickoo, Coconut, Jambul, sprice or trees native to the Western Ghats.
Planting trees and giving back to nature is a noble task and we want to help you do it. You can simply contribute to plant a tree and we will fulfill your wish.

This is done at the start of the monsoon season or around the year since we have drip irrigation, they will be planted on my farm in Ratnagiri.
